Kelly's Pork Chili.
This recipe came to me from my good friend (and quite a gourmet in her own right) Natalie Kim. She credited it to someone named Kelly, who I don't know personally....but I am happy Kelly came up with this recipe! It is a real change to the standard beef and chicken chilis......quite a good mixture!
Ingredients:
1 - 1.5 Lbs Pork Butt, cut into cubes. |
2 Medium Onions, diced. |
3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced. |
1 Large Can Stewed Tomatoes. |
1/2 Small Can Jalapeno Chiles. |
1 Large Can Ortega Chilis, torn into pieces. |
1.5 Cups of Chicken Stock. |
Olive Oil, Seasoned Salt, Pepper, Corn Starch. |
